I currently have five counselling spaces available as part of my work as a trainee psychotherapeutic counsellor. These sessions are:
- Face-to-face only
- For individual clients
- Medium- to long-term therapy
- May occasionally contribute to anonymised academic written work as part of my training
What I Offer
Psychotherapeutic counselling is a gentle, supportive process that helps you understand yourself more deeply. It’s a space where you can slow down, speak freely, and explore the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be affecting your life.
We might look at:
- Patterns in relationships
- How past experiences shape the present
- Emotional responses that feel confusing or overwhelming
- The parts of you that want to grow, heal, or feel more grounded
This type of counselling doesn’t rush you or push you. Instead, it centres on the relationship we build together — one based on trust, curiosity, and genuine care. With time, this work can help create more clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, stuck, or simply wanting more understanding of yourself, psychotherapeutic counselling offers a compassionate space to explore what’s going on underneath the surface.
As a trainee psychotherapeutic counsellor, I bring fresh insight, empathy, and up-to-date training into the room, supported closely by experienced supervisors. Working with clients at this stage of my journey is a meaningful part of my development, and I value the depth and honesty that this work often brings.
